HOW WILL THE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM WORK?
Step 1:
Get a Universal Rewards Coffee Card. You can pre-load a new Card or re-load your current Card (from $10 up to $500.00). You may also purchase Gift Cards that could be sent to family, friends, clients, employees, etc. that can be converted to Universal Rewards Cards and assist in supporting your organization of choice.

Step 2:
Confirm all required fields on your Universal Rewards Card Member Profile. If you are supporting an organization enrolled in our Community Partnership Program enter that organization’s program ID in the field provided in your rewards card profile. All organization proceeds earned for each month will be based on the profile for each card as of the last calendar day of each month. You can find your organization’s program ID on our website during registration (Just make sure your organization is enrolled) and you'll begin earning cash for your organization. Your organization then begins earning Community Partnership Rewards with each purchase.

If you already have a card, confirm all required fields on your
Universal Rewards Card Member Profile.

Step 3:
Go to City Brew Coffee and start earning drink rewards!

Frequent Driver Perks Rewards:
• Cash Card Credits Reward: $2.00 credit on next purchase each time card member reaches $25 in total purchases. Any items, including dollars spent loading and reloading prepaid and gift cards.
• Frequent Driver Reward: For every 15 visits card member receives one free drink of choice. Any size.
• Premium Drink Reward: For every 10 premium drinks purchased card member receives one free premium drink of choice. Any size.
• Free complimentary drink on your Birthday!
• Free complimentary drink on your Wedding Anniversary!
• Free complimentary drink on the annual anniversary of your enrollment date!
• Weekly Lottery Reward: Each week card members will be eligible to receive complimentary drink just by swiping their cards.
• Redeem your rewards and start again!

Community Partnership Reward:
Help the community organization of your choice. The organization selected will earn 5¢ for every $1 full dollar you spend using your Card.
If you are supporting an organization enrolled in our Community Partnership Program enter that organization’s program ID in the field provided in your Universal Rewards Card Member Profile. All organization proceeds earned for each month will be based on the profile for each card as of the last calendar day of each month. Please confirm all required fields on your Universal Rewards Card Member Profile. Only community organizations previously enrolled are eligible to receive proceeds from participation in City Brew Coffee of New York LLC.’s Community Partnership Program.

WHERE CAN I GET A CARD?
You can sign-up online and /or order a prepaid or gift card on-line.
You can also sign-up and receive a card at our first Webster location at 2115 Empire Boulevard, Webster, NY (Next to Webster Chrysler Jeep).

You can print and complete the attached Universal Rewards Card brochure with Enrollment and Sign-Up form and present it at our Webster location at 2115 Empire Boulevard, Webster, NY (Next to Webster Chrysler Jeep).

*** IMPORTANT: *** - If ordering via email or letter please be sure to include the following information to ensure we can properly program and activate your card to support your intended organization: First and Last Name, Email Address, Street Address, City/Town, State, Phone Number, Program ID and Program to Support: (eligible organizations and/or programs)

HOW DO I RELOAD MY CARD?
You can reload it on our website with an American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit/debit card. At the drive-thru you have the option to reload with cash.

WHAT IS AUTO-RELOAD?
You can choose the reload amount you'd like to automatically recharge your Card with, once your balance goes below a specified amount. You can also select a reload schedule. Register for this option here. If you register for this option and choose to add a minimum of $20 or more each month you will receive a $10 sign-up credit to your card.

HOW CAN I EARN MONEY FOR MY ORGANIZATION
USING MY NEW CARD?

When you register your Card on-line enter the program ID of the community organization you wish to support to participate in the Community Partnership Program. If you are supporting an organization enrolled in our Community Partnership Program enter that organization’s program ID in the field provided in your rewards card profile. All organization proceeds earned for each month will be based on the profile for each card as of the last calendar day of each month. Only community organizations previously enrolled are eligible to receive proceeds from participation in City Brew Coffee of New York LLC.’s Community Partnership Program.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY CARD?
Email us or stop by our first City Brew Coffee Webster location at 2115 Empire Boulevard (Next to Webster Chrysler Jeep)

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CARD IS STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED?
Contact us immediately at info@citybrewny.com or call (585) 787-4129. We will issue you a new card and transfer any outstanding balance from your lost card to your new card.

IF I DON'T REGISTER MY CARD AND COMLETE THE UNIVERSAL REWARDS CARD MEMBER PROFILE, WILL IT BE REPLACED IF IT IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED?
We encourage you to register your Card on-line and complete all required fields of your Universal Rewards Card Member Profile to protect your balance, because your unregistered Card cannot be replaced.

ARE THERE ANY DORMANCY FEES FOR NON-USE?
